Its functions include isolation protection, overload protection, short circuit protection, surge grounding protection, over-voltage and under-voltage protection, reclosing after recovery, power generation and power metering, etc.

 
Product benefits

▪ All metal boxes are made of cold-rolled steel plates or stainless steel plates produced by WISCO. The protection grade of the box is above IP54, which is suitable for outdoor installation.
▪ The upper and lower layers of the box are designed, and the top layer is designed as the brim of the box to prevent rain from entering the box; The middle layer is designed as a photovoltaic metering meter. Various data on the meter can be observed through a transparent glass plate, and a sealing interface is designed on the door lock; The bottom floor is designed as a control and protection area, which is convenient for maintenance personnel to maintain
▪ The grid inlet hole of the box can be designed to enter from the bottom or the side, and IP66 waterproof joint shall be installed when entering from the side to ensure the protection level of the box
▪ The inverter inlet hole of the box is designed at the bottom, which is convenient for on-site direct connection. The disconnector in the box is of well-known brand and has obvious breaking point. The design capacity is more than 1.5 times of the maximum output current of the inverter
▪ The box is designed with photovoltaic over-voltage and undervoltage protection device and voltage recovery reclosing protection device. In addition to voltage loss protection, this product can also protect the power grid voltage instability
▪ The box is designed with lightning surge protection, and the standard maximum discharge current of the surge protector is 40KA. In areas with frequent thunderstorms, larger lightning surge protectors can be selected, and the maximum discharge current can reach 100KA
▪ The box is designed with over-current protection circuit breaker to ensure that the circuit breaker can reliably break in case of overload and short circuit in the system
▪ The mounting plate inside the box can be equipped with epoxy resin insulation board according to customer requirements, and the thickness of the insulation board shall be at least 5mm
▪ Anti islanding device can be configured according to customer requirements
