Product Description

GCS low-voltage withdrawable switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) is a low-voltage withdrawable

switchgear developed by the joint design team of the former Ministry of Machinery and the Ministry of Electric

Power according to the requirements of the industry authorities, the majority of power users and design units. It is

in line with national conditions, has high technical performance indicators, can adapt to the development needs of

the power market and can compete with existing imported products. The device passed the appraisal jointly

hosted by the two ministries in Shanghai in July 1996 and was valued and recognized by the manufacturing units

and power users.

The device is suitable for power distribution systems in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high

-rise buildings and other industries. In large power plants, petrochemical systems and other places with high

automation and computer interface requirements, it is used as a low-voltage set of power distribution devices for

power distribution, motor centralized control, and reactive power compensation in power generation and supply

systems with three-phase AC 50 (60) Hz, rated working voltage 380V, rated current 4000A and below.The device complies with IEC439-1 and GB7251.1 standards.

 

Main feature
 

The main frame is made of 8MF steel, and the two sides of the steel have φ9.2mm mounting holes with a

module of 20mm and 100mm respectively, which makes the internal installation flexible and convenient;

The main frame assembly form is designed in two ways, a fully assembled structure and a partial (side frame

and beam) welded structure for users to choose;

The functional rooms of the device are isolated from each other, and the compartments are divided into

functional unit rooms, busbar rooms and cable rooms. The functions of each room are relatively independent;

The horizontal main busbar is arranged horizontally behind the cabinet to enhance the busbar's ability to

resist electric power, which is a basic measure to make the main circuit of the device have high short-circuit

strength; The design of the cable compartment makes it very convenient for cables to enter and exit from top to bottom

Use environmental conditions

Ambient air temperature: -5ºC ~+40ºC and the average temperature should not exceed +35ºC in 24h;

Relative humidity should not exceed 50% at max temperature. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperature. Ex.90% at +20ºC . But in

view of the temperature change, it is possible that moderate dews will produce casually;

Altitude above sea level should not exceed 2000M;

Installation gradient not exceed 5°; Indoor without dust, corrosive gas and rain water attack.
