Innovative 3/4-Pole Generator Isolator Disconnect Switch with High Current
The LDGL-I series load isolating switches applied in power distribution and automation systems in construction, power, petrochemical and other industries.
It adopts a modular design, suitable for circuit on - off or electrical isolation. Above 1000A, it is only used for electrical isolation.
1. Application Range
They are applicable in industrial Power Distribution Equipment for AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 660V, voltage up to DC 440V, and rated heating current up to 3200A.
2. Standards Compliance
Complies with IEC60947 - 3 and GB14048.3 standards.
3. Design Advantages
-Features an aesthetic, novel and concise design, with a small size and comprehensive functions.
-Equipped with a Spring-Energy-Storage and Instantaneous-Release accelerating closing mechanism and a contact structure with parallel double-break points that connect and disconnect simultaneously.
-Made of glass-fiber-reinforced unsaturated polyester molding compound and a manual operating handle.
4. Configuration Options
-Available in 3-pole, 4-pole (3 - pole + switchable neutral pole) versions.
-The handle can be directly installed on the switch for in - cabinet operation or connected via an extended shaft for out - of - cabinet operation, providing operational convenience.
-Normally open and normally closed auxiliary contacts, dedicated mounting bases, and front or rear panel wiring are available.
5. Safety Feature
When in the off position "0", the handle can be locked with two to three locks to prevent misoperation.
